At this stage, we do not recommend writing to your MP.
Instead, we encourage you to write to NSW MLCs who stood up for religious freedom. An MLC (Member of the Legislative Council) does not represent a specific electorate, but is responsible for the whole State.
The main portion of the debate about the “Conversion Practices” legislation was held in the Legislative Council, so these MLCs were on the front line of arguing for amendments to the legislation.

Write to Opposition and minor party MLCs (upper house) who tried to strengthen the bill.
